Shoewares.com Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but just in case you are not, we provide full refunds within 30 days - to the original card used in the purchase. We need your return to be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Before returning an item, please send us an email to jody@shoewares.com. Please include your name, order # and the product being returned. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with instructions for the return.  All items being returned should be shipped to

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that you have been refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Send us an email to jody@shoewares.com. Please include your name, order #, name of product and include a picture of the damaged item. We will send a shipping label to you to send the damaged or defective item back to us for replacement. Once your item is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that we have sent the replacement item.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange your purchase, please send us an email at jody@shoewares.com. Please include your name, order # and the product being exchanged and the replacement item requested.
